Responsible for directing and coordinating all health and safety environmental wastewater
management treatment plant operations during all three shifts, a responsibility which included
Training, supervision of 550 personal. I ensured compliance with all permits from regulatory agencies,
including Los Angeles County Sanitation District (LACSD), AQMD, DPW, EPA, DTSC, CALOSHA,
and CUPA Water board, to comply with storm water inspections. I generated all quarterly
and annual compliance reports. I implemented a job description for all technicians under my management
and a program of training for ISO 14000-14001 for certification, and ensured that re-certification
was accomplished every year. I audited all companies we were doing business with on environmental
complaints such as RCRA, Non-RCRA, and universal waste, and prepared a complete

Set up training programs on health and safety and OSHA supervise on the log OSHA 300 for the

I was responsible for opening the environmental and wastewater treatment plant in Tijuana, Mexico,

the plant.

was making sure all technicians were processing the product according to USDA requirements,
and preparing documentation for USDA inspectors. I was also responsible for quality assurance
and labeling, and making sure all products were correctly labeled per USDA requirements
for contents and weight. I also processed documentation for all products released to customers
and worked with sales teams to ensure that correct answers were provided for the consumer hotline.
By holding monthly safety meetings, I was to reduce the company accident rate by 40%.
